Entry Requirements

Tickets cost £2.50 each.

Open to UK residents aged 16+ only.

Each number must be purchased separately. To buy more than one ticket, simply repeat the form and checkout process.

Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the draw.

Payment is taken securely via Stripe.

Staff and volunteers may take part.

Lost, incomplete, unpaid or invalid entries will not be included.

Closing date: 11th December OR earlier if sold out.

Draw date: 12th December (or earlier if tickets sell out and all payments are confirmed).

The Branch may release additional ticket numbers if demand is high.

How Winners Are Chosen

Winners are selected at random using a random number generator applied to the list of valid purchased ticket numbers.

Draws will be conducted in the prize order listed above.

Winners will be contacted within 48 hours via the details provided on their entry.

Full list of winning numbers will be published on our website and/or social media.

Prize Collection

No cash alternatives are available.

Prizes must be collected or arranged for collection within 30 days of notification.

If a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize.

Refunds & Cancellations

Entries are non-refundable, except in the event that the raffle is cancelled by the promoter.

If the raffle is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to all purchasers.

Use of Funds

All proceeds support the care, treatment, rehabilitation, and rehoming of animals at RSPCA Coventry & District.

Data Protection

Your data will only be used to administer the raffle and contact winners.
We will not share your information with any third parties.
